Founded in 2009, the Ovative Group helps retailers and brands grow their businesses through multiple digital channels, analyzes customer behavior and optimizes the use of emerging technologies. Growing rapidly out of their existing space, Ovative Group required a new workplace to be design and built in less than 6 months, providing growth from 26 employees to a maximum of 75 employees. Creating spaces that could ultimately house that maximum and not look under utilized at move-in was our task. Further, the space needed to track to their unique values, their collaborative and productive work flow provided in a collaborative design process within a restrained budget. Using as much of the original mechanical distribution, lighting and finishes, the design created a vibrant, engaging workplace focused on providing team members with the level of respect and a great work experience that they were expected to provide to Ovative Group’s clients.
