The Walker Art Center is seeking an interactive computer interface that encouraged the transformation of the passive art consumer into an active art participant. Challenging the single user to computer relationship, the table is seen as an enabler of social interaction. The tables will be located in a telematic lounge within the Walker’s new addition designed by Herzog & de Meuron. Snow Kreilich Architects was one of four finalists selected from an international field of designers.
